Satellite Wall Lamp
The Satellite Wall Lamp from Gubi is striking, bold, and playful. Designed by Mathieu Matégot, the Satellite's name and concept were the designer's tribute to the optimism and scientific progress found in post-war France. The lamp has two shades made of Rigitulle mounted onto structural metal arms. The result is a unique interplay of balance, weightlessness, and transparency, with a casting of shadow and light, which is festive and atmospheric. The lamp can be mounted to the wall or ceiling.
