The Portable Lamp was designed by Samy Rio, who was fascinated by circular shapes and wanted to give this piece a pure and quirky look. Samy was deeply attached to the art of craftsmanship, so it took him two years to bring his concept into production. The brightest star in the galaxy, Quasar, is a nod to the world of astronomy.
